Dont back pedal from the best change that ever happened in this game, stop listening to korean cry babies who dont want to lose pay2win mechanic, we the majority of people playing this game need and we want those changes to ghillies in our game to stay. 

To those who are not aware, the ghillie change supposed to show "unknown adventurer" to everyone who is using one, so it is easier to track people thanks to the text above their heads, however they reverted those after some scumbags complained about it. 

Dear Pearl Abyss, MOST OF US HATES GHILLIES. We want to use our normal good looking skins we spend heavy money on, why our opinion is being neglected about the change? Is our opinion doesnt matter? A lot of people want to use skins in pvp and open world and not being put in disadvantage over those with ghillies. Making ghillies more visible with text above their heads was the most waited and needed change in this game, and you just revert it back like that?

Ghillies not only force you to use them too, they are incredibly annoying when you fight in mobs or in bushes/trees, it also forces us to use optimal graphics just to make ghillie users more visible... There is so many things wrong with this mechanics it takes away from the game alot, stop listening to the people who abuse it, and listen to actual player feedback who are spending hundreds of $$ on the regular skins who cannot use them without putting themselves into massive disadvantage to the ghillies users.

I suggested a methood to fix the issue without changing the ghillie, but not surprising the so caring PA don't read it...

I guess no one has proof other than Pearl Abyss, but I think people who spent money on ghillie mostly did so for the PvP advantage. Players don't have perfect eye sight and don't all want to play on minimum settings either, so ghillie suits make movement of enemies very tough to track and defend againt. So if some people have ghillies, you want to have a ghillie, too - or else you are at disadvantage in PvP compared to ghillie-users.  Conversely, if the advantage of ghillies no longer exists, then people who bought it only to avoid being disadvantaged, will feel relief and rejoice that it's gone for everyone, and we can all go back to wearing real costumes that actually look nice instead. A small minority will be upset about "refunds" but most people simply do not care. Just remove the ghillies. It is bad gameplay when the optimal/competitive strategy is so dumb and not-fun. Ghillies are dumb and not fun, and I believe - again I have no proof - but I believe most people with ghillies DON'T enjoy ghillies, but only have it because it is optimal and competitive.      

Also, maybe in Korea, open world PvP is not a big factor, but in NA, players are very aggressive. Dealing with ghillie-suited ambushers all the time is annoying. It's SO MUCH MORE FUN to deal with normal ambushers, that I can see a clear nameplate, and more easily track movement of enemy through underbrush, monster groups, foliage. I know of people who claim they quit the game, or refused to start the game, specifically because the ghillie suit is such a frustrating concept to them. Many current players have already learned to accept the ghillie suit as an unfortunate but tolerable fact of life, but it is a bad thing and i genuinely believe that it stops new players from getting into the game when they learn about it. And then we have colorblindness -- enemy in ghillie flashes red? You know red-green colorblindness is one of the most common kinds, right?  Ghillie suits just suck and everyone who isn't already in too deep sees this.       

And for flares - how are flares the right choice? Do people in Korea servers walk up to you in a ghillie and posture and talk before fighting you, giving you opportunity to flare them? PvP is SO fast-paced. There is no discussion, only lunge and grab and kill. Movement is so fast. By the time you see the white square on your minimap, they are already dashing/jumping/flying as fast as possible to you and ready to grab you. Then the fight begins, and they have ghillie and you are trying not to die to them or to die to the orcs around you. And the ghillie'd attacker blends in with the orcs because you are colorblind. At what point during this combat, surrounded by lethal monsters and assaulted by this fast-moving ghillie'd ambusher, are you expected to make good use of a flare?  

Until PA introduce character bound item that cost around 40$ and mandatory to buy on character, ghilies won't go, nothing personal, just a business.

Also its funny how they reverting change to flares that they actually nerfed and calling its solution,  flares had its problems before even before nerf. And players don't ask to reveil  ghlies  name, they ask to remove PVP advantages its clearly provide.

Vocal minority as allways makes the noise.

I guess most people like having advantage.

They have a P2W cash shop, people buy stuff for advantage, no shit, this was never a secreet, despite some clowns call'd it cONvEnIEnCe...

I 100% agree.

It's amazing losing just because you can't track someone wearing a ghillie. Whatever they do with a flare will be a failure unless they make it so it's a buff allowing you to see anyone in a ghillie. That's the ONLY work around that would work. 

I've been playing a long time and seeing that they were finally changing ghillies so I could actually fight back in PvP was such uplifting news... now I contemplate even continuing to play I'm so disheartened. 

"Why don't more people PvP?" - because you make it impossible for a lot simply because they can't track ghillie users.

FFS I hate ghillies...

They 100% did. It's why they use it.

It's why when you ask them to take it off for a fair fight they refuse.

So basically if you have tracking issues like me, might as well uninstall is what they're saying.

Yes, but... advantages shouldn't be so ridiculously dumb & anti-fun.  

I'm totally OK with whales buying costumes for crons and getting PEN gear and being powerful. You can grind that as a "whale of time" too, and the result is still that the two comprting players have a battle with their characters, dashing across each other and swinging their weapons and using flashy abilities. That "pay 2 win" is FINE, I am totally accepting of it and in fact encourage this kind of system in every game, I don't care if some working adult credit-card-slinger can get the same gear with a third of the grind.  

But the ghillie suit is so much harder for me to see unless I deliberately drop my settings to minimum. The hostile red flash of the player is nearly invisible to me due to colorblindness.  I signed up for a game where flashy characters fight each other, not where invisible characters fight me. I don't care if ghillie suit is free for every player or if it costs $1000. I simply do not want it to exist in the game at all. 

I have my own ghillie suit, but I don't use it because it doesn't even make me evenly-matched to an opponent with a ghillie suit. The ghillie suit is an "anti-fun," "Bad' advantage. Its very existence forces me to play the game at an uglier setting that I would prefer to, it forces me to have my minimap at maximum size and magnification, I have taught myself to watch my minimap rather than my screen when fighting. That is stupid to me.   

I hope the flares they put on global lab are extremely convenient because I'm going to always use them if they are good enough. I feel so heated up typing this, I almost cannot believe how passionate I am getting over this dumb ghillie suit, lol. Sorry if I come across as a lunatic...

Mfers you backtracked the hit out of this one. The whales be crying. Aviator vision requirement is back on the menu. I would be dissappointed but i already knew what garbage developers you were. 

EDIT: I would be willing to accept this change only if your new reworked flares work like the atanis firefly. You place em on you and they auto work for 1 hour. Anything less is worthless.
