What do you think about this?
After the September 29th maintenance, the seven different types of PEN (V) Tuvala Gear can be exchanged for TET (IV) Boss Gear that cannot be traded on the market. To provide a little extra something for more veteran Adventurers, we’ve also made it possible to trade in a TET (IV) Boss gears (available on the market) in exchange for a TET (IV) Boss gears (unavailable on the market). Please keep in mind that this exchange is allowed only once per Family.
Right now, you might be wondering what the benefit is when you trade in a Boss gear for one that can’t be traded on the market. Not to worry! These newly exchanged Boss Gear will offer a new way to be enhanced to PEN (V) level with steady effort!
We are currently preparing more announcements to give you more information about the upcoming updates. Make sure to keep an eye on our website for more notices regarding Season+ and all the contents & events that we have in store!

i seriously hope its only 1 out of all those pens because if its whole set..... seems kinda like a slap in the face to everyone that already made their pens.

I think they should make it easier to enhance the duo / tri boss, which is the biggest problem for beginners and normal players.

Downgrade aka loosing progress is the biggest problem, this s*th has to go and who ever design such demotivating systems in video games fired.

And how is it supposed to help me in getting black star tet / pen and pen accessories?
Exchange boss tet for boss tet bound? Ok, but what about the caphras? Taking them out from gear is unprofitable.
So ... Pearl Abyss even if you want to do something right, you do it wrong.
There is absolutely no problem even for beginners to obtain tet boss armors/weapons. But what next? And that's the problem!
Caphras system has proved to be a failure (TET CR20 costs twice as much as PEN from MP).
Daily PEN acc it's also a failure.
JUST REMOVE ITEMS DEGRADATION AND DISAPPEARANCE DURING ENCHANT AND PROBLEM SOLVED.
When we have 3% chance with 100 FS and 9% with 300 FS (300 FS? how can even achieve this (I don't count one time reward for 30k quests)?) then every attempt has a 99% failure rate. And then again for TET, FAIL, DUO, FAIL, PRI, UNINSTALL BDO.

I simply hope that BDO isn't trying to go on the "daily chores" way to play, and that the "steady effort" can be managed by ourselves without daily limits or absurd time gates (even if I understand that time gates are sometimes necessary, I just want them to be reasonable).
I still remember the days when the fanbois bashed other games cause the dailies :)))))

Yeah, and that's exactly one of the things I appreciate in BDO, there are some dailies but I don't want devs to go on this road at full speed.

I expect many days of daily quests for each of the items and a cost of about 50% of PEN from MP.
