Conspiracy theorists classically provide sensationalist material supported only by heresay, suggestion, and inuendo. The gaming population has a wonderfully vocal element that adheres to this physcology, unbeknownst to themselves or not. The Black Desert community is no acception.
In all this time, no one, not once, has provided the slightest peice of objective evidence to support any of these claims that ultimately boil down to one thing;
Black Desert is a sinister organisation, carrying out they devious plot by blatantly manipulating enhancement chances,
forcing us to spend more and more money on their game.
Thankfully the vast majority see these accusations for what they are.
Clearly, some claims are exaggerated.
Still, on a more practical point of view, I wonder why some online gaming companies are allowed to act like casinos, without even a single speck of official control over the results.
Such a lack of control creates a potential unfairness in the consumer / company relation, situation which should never exist in any sane market.

J's Hammer is not even an option to choose even if I "use" the J Hammer from my inventory. As if its bugged.
I made 3 100 FS with my whole... Tuvala adventures. I feel like it's a good deal.
You saved a lot of silver if you made that failstacks stacking Tuvala. 1 Ore 10x durability 15 timeless.
Didn't the devs themselves suggest that Tuvala playing percentages are bad and now they are tweaking it slightly higher percentage with this upcoming season? The playing percentage are definitely against your favor.

J's hammer does not work on Tuvala gear. Either that or its broken. So I'll use what crons I have left.

It doesn't remember what you do. If you are talking about statistics or data sets YOU are just part of it. The probability of those events might be small but you represent that "population". Someone out there might have good streaks of luck and hitting every 30/70 flip. I for example managed to get all my V tuvala in just 2 weeks of gameplay. Last season it took me a full 2 months.

How can you be wrong when you are just running bad? But I agree with the 135 FS, I would of saved it and at least I have a grin in my face.
