You don't use Crons on Tuvala. The Cron cost is ridiculous, it's even more Crons that taking a normal TRI Boss Gear and trying for TET.
BDO's RNG system can be harsh. Especially if you're new. This is why getting to know experienced players benefits you - MMO's a social games usually, BDO is less than obvious in this dept. but getting to know others, building connections and relationships, does play a role here too.
They're re-doing Seasons with Season+. It'll be better.
Just for the love of humanity.........don't use Cron on Tuvala -_______________-

One has to wonder why it costs more in crons for a tet tuvala than a tri boss gear. If I were a conspiracy theorist I would suggest that it is purposefully done this way as a trap for new player to make more profit on costume sales.

Could very well be just that. I'm sure they gets lots of pressure from their shareholders to show profitable quarters, and this might be partly the reason for the insane Cron costs for Tuvala. I just hope next Season will be much better, including the Cron costs.
Tuvala Crons costs are insane and I don't understand why either. Can't enhance further, can't Caphra, can't sell.
This is part why it's important for new players to meet others, socialize a bit, and hopefully learn the ins-and-outs of this fairly complicated game (from a newbie PoV). This includes when, and what, to use precious Cron stones on.
