Now, if you take the whole post in consideration, you would have realized that I was talking about the fact of having stronger mobs with better rewards to avoid the need of better pets. "less mass slaughter"... 

Seems like some1 wanted to be smart, and missed the point. 

Now, if you really want to go on this point, they announced that T5 wouldn't be made through breeding, but they didn't say that no pearl item would be involved. Unless you have accurate info? ^^

I dont care much for the pick-up rate increase as much as I do the perks that pets give.

I want more pet variety, more perks variety, more pet utility.

I want a pet that gives lifeskill mastery too.

Instead of asking for less mass slaughter, people are asking for better pets. Take it the way you want, they are asking for more reasons to use pearl items. 

And they should be asking for less mass slaughter. Everywhere. What does it bring on a game design level ? Nothing. It simply creates the need for these pets.

And so, do you have accurate info? Or did you randomly decide that "no breeding for t5" means "no pearl item needed"?

You may be right in the end, still you seem to forget who will decide. $$$$
