Current a/o 6/13 (Rank 68/Number 1 Mystic) in AoS Pre-season and only Awakening Mystic in Top 100 on NA (other two are succession) 

Awakening Mystic still needs a lot of fixes to her kit. Damage is low even running full human damage DR build with equalized gear - tanky build is not viable in fast-paced one-life 3v3 matches. And in open world/main gear awa mystic dmg is abysmally low even after buffs. Feels like a shai-level dmg class outside of arena of solare and inside you need to run full human dmg/DR build to do half the damage of Musa/Drak/Ninja and be as squishy as these guys.  

Fix Bugs:

- Any Preawakening Skill that generates 3 Shard skill into wave orb self CC's (aka stuns making me look like an idiot when no one is around or get CC'd and damage dumped for no good reason)

Fix Gaps in:

- Flash Step - make it linger slightly so ping/servers don't let us get CC'ed in protection when moving around

- Spiral Torpedo [Bon] - make it linger 

- Silent Step -- iframe is too short, extend like succession has mystic pls

- Wolf Frenzy, extend iframe since short gap/get CC'ed out of it

Revert changes:

- Infinite Fortitude - the original global lab iteration would linger effects if canceled (Mobile PA versus Immobile PA), please bring this back

- Vacuum - the original had slow, succession mystic has protected slow, bring ours back please

Add/Change:

- E-buff needs some buffs to be on par with Succ Mystic Ebuff & on similar level to Musa Ebuff/Sorc Ebuff/Dk Ebuff/Ninja Ebuff/Kuno Ebuff/Guardian Ebuff/Drak Ebuff

- Dash currently automatically transitions us into Awakening after two dashes - please keep stance the same(whether that be starting in pre-awakening or awakening) 

- If you won't change our vacuum - add SA to our wave orb  like you did with Succesion Mystic and remove bound

- If you won't change our dash auto transition into awakning - add FG to our Tidal Burst

- Add an awakening grab similar to striker that holds people up and floats at end cause the removed protection and 15 second cooldown is high risk-low reward currently

- Hot wind reworked so it’s actually useful. If a new skill is being locked by everyone then there’s something wrong with it.

- Earth splitter getting changed to be protected with either SA or FG with no cc would be good. Alternatively giving wave orb protection with no cc would be fine as well.

- Fix our shards being wasted when using crouching wolf while prey hunt is on cd. Makes no sense for the shards to be consumed with no effect.

- Buff sea burial damage so it can actually be used in a combo without griefing.

- Rework the e buff and buff it in some way. Either change the 20 ap to melee ap or change spiral torpedo to melee ap so they can stack together like with classes like valk or change it to or add an additional effect to make it relevant like accuracy rate, evasion rate, hp regen increase or have it make it that your all dragon skills are 3 sharded without a shard cost.

- Fix the grab so you can actually grab people without getting cc’d while their in your hands.

- Evasion rate on the double flash was a good idea and I don’t think it should’ve been removed.

- Infinite fortitude giving us an SA buff as well as the pa would help the class a lot.

- Fix the issue with getting please try again later when using prey hunt too soon after gaining 3 shards.

- Make it so that targets that were floated by twisted collision don’t get bounded by sky rammer like they did for dk’s air strike.

- Put the slow back on the vacuum. Made no sense for them to remove it. Especially with all the classes they buffed at the same time.

Reduce the evasion passive for succession

Issue:

The main idea of mystic is that her awakening should be a tanky class with 'good' utility while her succession should be single target blaster. The issue with this, is that both succession and awakening has the same amount of evasion. The recent pre-season of Solare actually captured this insane imbalance between specs really well. Most mystics in the top 100 in solare were succession across all regions, even though awakening mystic is really good in 3v3. 

Solution:

To maintain the balance and availability of both specs, the evasion gained for succession has to be lowered. This could be done by adjusting the self buff ('A/D + lmb') or adjusting the self passive. In the case of adjusting the self passive, the removed amount needs to be added back to awakening in order to keep the intended adjustment.

Awakening Mystic is one of the easiest classes to start playing in the game and has a great kit for PvE, 1v1, and small scale. However, it's plagued by a travesty of PvP Modifiers that reduce damage on average by 60-70% which effectively only 30-40% of the damage gets realized in actual combat. You find yourself in multiple situations where A) You are unable to one combo your opponent in 1v1 and they can one combo you. Evasion is dead, you are playing the dead spec of your class, and they are within 50 GS of you. B) You are unable to kill someone ~100 GS less than you are in Group PvP because you don't have 10-15 seconds of uninterrupted time to do a combo (in which you are not slowed at all) and throughout you are unprotected as the skills required to combo are unprotected. A protected combo will do negative damage which is the equivalent of inting by feeding the enemy BSR. C) You are a dent trying to play NW/Siege. You are always slowed, getting CC'd out of render range, and the one time you fight someone outside of big balls of people you end up fighting a Succ Mystic who grabs you, kills you within 7 seconds with a fully protected combo and busted ebuff, and you spawn base for the 15th time while observing your other guildmates and getting roasted for getting "Mystic diffed". Alternatively, you are living in 2020, using a DP set and trying to play for CC. Prior to reworks this may have been a viable option but now you get CC'd on good grab attempts, your vacuum is one of the worst in the game, and you still die without doing much for your team. At this point the only options you have left are to wait for buffs (which are not coming because vast majority of players can or will not separate class viability by specialization), swap to Succession Mystic and have everything you want except honor, pride, morals, and most importantly fun.

I don't think Evasion passives will change AoS balance since most Mystic, Succ or Awakening, do not run evasion in AoS. The main imbalance comes from Succ Mystics superior E-buff, burst damage, and gapless protection. Awakening Mystic's utility works for some teams but Succ Mystic will work for almost any team.

at this point i would be happy we get the pre work awk mystic back. Anyone playing this class in PVP is currently flat out griefing.

To add to your point how useless Wave orb is, You can no longer rotate the attack point after using silent step but ofcourse succession still can do it and got SA on top of it.

Awakening mystic was always smooth and fun class if played correctly and quite strong in small scale and 1v1 and decent with vacuum slow on large scale even tought we still needed 13 skill combos to kill one player.

After the reworks we get 3 new skills and ofcourse 2 of them are complete useless and instantly locked while the earth splitter is not usable in pvp scenarios.

Its incredible that ''REWORK' managed to put awk mystic at the bottom of the food chain while succession is a lot more tankier,burstier and way more flexible with SUCC silent step and SUCC flash step.

Suggestion:

Awakening Mystic's new skill called Raging Wind was implemented with the intent of pulling better. I have yet to experience this "intention" with the new skill.

The range is pretty cool but you don't pull monsters using raging wind, ever. Nobody uses the ranged waterball to pull mobs. This cool idea they had,

could be salvaged to be used in PvP properly. 

The skill has no damage which is totally fine. However adding a stiff on Raging Wind would make the skill actually usefull.

You can also add a KD on Dragon Strike only if you use it after Raging Wind.

Fun fact: mystic is one of the few classes that does not have a ranged cc or leaving a cc-trap behind like Tamer.
