Add a second grab for awakening mystic that is ranged and extendable. That way we can hold people up in the air like Striker/Zerk.
Additionally make our PA help team mates as well as heal us.

Why do you need a mystic at all, there are many other classes that do everything much better in pvp.
And lazy PAs do not even try to change the situation, they only bring PVP to the point of absurdity with the release of new classes.

Personally as someone picking her up for the first time, I think she is fine with succession. Her awakening on the other hand feels outright weak especially when you compare it to striker awakening. It just needs some speed, more damage and more protections I think because right now succession is amazing and fun to play. Awakening feels... just there
