Does the Outfit for all classes release today? What time will it release?
I read somewhere release is 09.00 UTC but I don't see the new outfit so guess that's wrong.
Or does it arrive tomorrow with maintenance?

It will mostlikely after maintance.
While in theory they could do it without patch, they pretty much never did release something with prepatching so far.

OP can safely ignore previous poster. Maybe in another universe, devs would be able to load new assets such as skins into your computer without a patch but given current rules of physics, a patch is needed and no theory can possibly consider otherwise.

You can just use the coupon shortly before it expires, and you still get the full duration for the coupon, basically extending it's duration.

This is what I had to do too. It adds 7 days so you can hold onto your coupon for a bit longer. Not sure why you're being downvoted for the truth but I guess reddit discovered that BDO has a forum with a downvote system now.
