Where is the Gloomy Fox outfit with the rest of the other Halloween outfits?

I was really looking forward to the Halloween outfits coming back this year because I was planning on getting a Gloomy Fox for my Kuno and my Sorc this year. I have had them for my Ranger, Maehwa and Mystic and really like that Halloween outfit. Will the Gloomy Fox be available at a later date since it is not available now with the other halloween outfits?

I'd love for witch to get that one too sigh. I'd say even offer all the other classes ghost bride if they want it. I sure as crap dont want it 🤣
