Why is the Witch Awk stills way worse than Wizard Awk?

Why doesn't lightning blast deal full damage when instant cast? Magma bomb does.
Why doesn't fissure Wave get FG basic and then cc on the core? Cold wave does.
Why doesn't witch get some of her FG turned into SA so she can trade a little better?
Why doesn't witch get the 20 base evasion wizard has over her?
I just have too many unanswered questions as to why PA has to have this differing ideology between what makes wiz and witch each a class because when they try to make them unique to each other they end up making one just strictly worse.

Lets be honest, Fissure Wave with knockdown is excellent if the CC could land.
But, it's pretty bullshit that Wizard gets a useful potential skip on a core skill usage while Witch simply doesn't.
They could have added a stiffness for free on the Equilibrium break at the very least if they intend to give a frontal to Chilling Wave (which is a lot more important than the knockback)
One must also note that Wizard is able to tp and dash out of numerous awakening skills, which also allows the pet to keep doing it's skill. Arne's flow on the chilling wave can essentially be done for free with a dash out of that new frontal chilling wave. As a result, Wizard can trait into the frontal guard on the ranged poke instead. Witch did not receive any buff of that nature. Instead, she got forced even further into casting Perfect Sign WITHOUT A STUN ANYMORE.

New skills for awakening witch are absolutely pathetic.
Backward SA dash od cooldown and with a giant gap in protection, when there are classes that could spam SA 100% protected dashes all the time.
Some trash aoe skill unprotected that takes a century to activate and deal dmg.
Another meme skill, t pose aka "please grab me" with mediocore damage.
What a train wreck of the "rework".

at live servers dashes (ME) cancel out flow existance. they CEASE existing on wizard.

Honestly when they immediately showed multiple classes expected to be rebooted when theyve been doing one to two at a time, I was already on edge from there.
