Since the "Re-work" doesn't appear to solve ANY of the PVP imbalance in the classes its time to pull the plug on giving your broken PVP centric classes more drops compared to the rest of us.

The way I see it is, you have a few options.

1. Git Gud at programing characters to offer a balance game play in PVP.
2. If you cant do #1 get rid of the PVP server drop bonus.
3. See 1 & 2.
4. If #1-3 didn't work, Blizzard is Hirring.
5. Don't call yourself a PVP open world MMO.

Wish they would just make a statement that not all classes will be balanced and leave it at that...

The idea of classes being balanced in all aspects is just not possible.

If they state thatr some classes will just be more powerful than others then the whole issuse is dead and people will have to accept it.

That being said, this is a PvP game. They ststed that a little bit ago in one of the letters to the the KR player base.

Being bad at pvp and weak usually gets you more time to grind on arsha tbh. People will kill you once or twice and just move on. The fact is you make less money on Arsha because of all the fighting. Arsha is for PvP, not the drop buff...

 Then removing the buff shouldn't be controversial.

(But yes the problem is they created a system of a tool for different situations in a game that isn't meant to be played as a War/Healer/Bard/Rouge party build. Thus you need to make every class 100% the same in PVP damage & damage received or its just BS.)

Why would removing PvP content in a pvp game be a good idea?

PA wouldn't be able to sell as many inventory slots, weight increases, character bound outfits, and horse flutes than. Nah got keep new classes OP so people roll to flavor of the month every other month (cause that basically the rate they're shitting out classes right now one new class every other month, each one more OP than the last.)

It's not PvP content tho. It's handing out free drops and silver to people who plays overtuned FoTM PvP classes. There is a difference.

I personally think that being able to freely PvP anybody anytime without worrying about losing Karma. Is the PvP content. It's not fun being FORCED to play certain classes or gimp yourself in game.

Just my two cents, take it with a grain of salt.

it's a 50% drop rate buff on rare items. "free drops and silver", compared to the 50% tent  the node, the pets, the ecology and the 100% loot scroll, i have found i make less money on arsha because of all the PvP

and if your talking about COrsair as an OP class, try grinding on one.... 

What brings most people to arsha to grind is the drop rate bonus... it creates REAL content to PvP for, not just random fighting like in BA or RBF. And no one is "forced" to play any other class. Name a class and i will name youi a skilled playuer who makes that class work.

There is a tag system in the game, thats perfect for saving grind buffs while allowing you to play on the "over powered flavor of the month class" if thats what you truely feel is whats holding you back.

Even if we accept this idea, these FOTM class players will meet other FOTM class players on Arsha. So the reason for this buff still exists, more fights - > bonus drop rates.
