Since there is currently a massive bashing going on about "client authoritative" MMOs.

If you hold print screen key in BDO, you can pause whatever you're doing indefinitely, also iframes.

This has to be fixed. More and more people are using this exploit.

And before you think about just disabling that one key - that won't work. You need to add some server side checks.

I hope you are ready for the worst performance and stability. That comes with going from cilent side to server side checks.

My thing is if the devs don't give a **** then why should the players? I hope they exploit this crap and force the devs to actually fix their game engine.

Oh wouldn't you like to know!  Come to think of it, I would like to know how pausing the client to take a screenshot is going to assist anyone.  I guess if you get immunity, it could be an issue in PvP?  I really don't know how this would benefit a player to lag their client.  I don't think "we" are suppose to know anyways.  In a perfect world, players don't take advantage of exploits, they report them, and then the developers remove them on the next patch.  The problem is the world is not perfect, humans are not perfect, so why should computer games be any different?

they start an iframe or jump or something, hold printscreen, and are invulnerable as long as they want, moving in the direction as long as they want, and you can do nothing against it.

It's been going on since many months, and people are getting bolder and bolder and don't even give a FK anymore.
