1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

My ideas for meaningful penalties against PK griefing.

A.) Max Karma one should be able to have is 1.

B.) Max Negative Karma one should be able to have is -25,000,000.

C.) Karma gain should be decreased by at least a factor 20.

D.) Negative Karma players should not be able to interact with non Outlaw NPCs. Meaning normal NPCs will refused to talk to negative karma players.

E.) Negative Karma is should be family we.

F.) Unless in the Ocean or Desert all Negative Karma players should be freely trackable from a few NPCs.

G.) When a Negative Karma player dies they get hit which huge penalties.

What do you suggest against karmabombing griefers ?

 

You need to address this because you can't pretend fixing of side of the griefing spectrum while ignoring the other.

But sir. I was killing mobs peacefully without bothering anyone. Another big bad player came to my place. I told him that I am progressing here. I asked him for invite and he was rude to me. He kept grinding on my place, trying to push me out. I had server CD too. So I could only pick one of the following:

-stand and watch him, how he ruins my own progression.

-try to PK him and get him out, after a failed cooperation.

In both cases I lose time and resources myself. With these "changes" why do I have to turn red, when I didn't even begin with disrespectful actions? :)

Big no to all of this. No exception. A suggestion poorly made, without putting any actual thought and diving deep in details, where pros and cons are. And by the way. I belive this is all intentional. You're not getting karma reworked in your favor either. Sorry.

Ok describe what karmabombing is in your opinion. Then we can discuss that too. Preferribly in another thread in this section of the forums.

Harsher penalties for PK could work if there is xp penalty on pvp death to prevent karmabombing. Or if flag system is bringed on. There must balance.

I could agree on all the ideas exept family bound karma. And what you mean by huge penalties ?

I'm open to XP on PvP death if these get implemented. Nope I am not willing to budge on the family karma. Since not implementing it, would be the same as not having to live with your criminal actions.

 

Since we are bringing up XP loss on PvP death. The penalties from being killed while negative Karma could be in the sense of gear downgrades.

Item downgrade would be ok for me if its proportional. If you have -10 000 karma (one kill) chance for 1 item, if you are - 25 000 000, all items get downgrade. Put xp death on PvP, and flag system when if both players are flaged they lose nothing. We can shake hands on that.

But we both know 90% of the playerbase will scream.

Edit: I can agree on family karma if we have purpose. For example if outlaw can steal form player houses, or takes some silver from killed players. And normal players get silver for hunt and kill outlaws.

I can mostly agree with what you said as a baseline. However family karma would need to be at the spearhead of these changes. Or else all of this is for nought. Both PKers and Karmabombers can abuse the current system for their selfish need to troll. Anyways lets continue to have a proper discuss about this matter.
