Small minor flaw, if you are doing bartering for semi afk content, you won't have any sailors because of the simple fact that they take up weight, weight that could be used to carry more bartering mats.
Small minor detail just for you: without sailors you can't barter. Oops.

Got a message sailors condition has decrease by 7 and I was just a few feet from dock and rations were full how can they get sick just leaving the dock?
It took a couple days of ppl sailing to understand what I was trying to say.......I wasn't talking about the seasickness that makes your sailors red...it is the decrease in health that makes us use the raisin bread........that is why I am saying was that really necessary when we already have to feed them when you sink or level them.

You're spreading misinformation as most people usually do.
You're sailors didn't get sick, they lost some health due to a random negative sea event.
Sickness might occurs when they lost all health.
Besides, about your *anecdote*, funny how you didn't mention the very likely fact that your sailors gained back some health later on, due to a positive random sea event.
Everyone knows why you didn't: you're here to make drama about nonfactors as most forum users.
Who is here making drama.........you could be a little less tactful......and I think what they posted was very accurate.
