PA never care about forums, they not going to. Easiest solution to fight forum bots is ability to post on forums if you character reached certain level, but then forum warriors had to actually play game and level new accounts to keep proving thier importance by supporting thier own opinion from unlinked alt accounts. 

Remove the black robed man, add the ability to hide account and character names, not just level and life skils when linked, then sure you can make it so no unlinked accounts can post.  Problem is there are 3 aggressive NA Karma bombers that actively sought out and griefed me for posts I made on the forum disagreeing with their lies.  Anon is the only way to keep the Karma bombers from harassing players they don't agree with in game.
