SE is boring and mainly about distos. Not trash loot. 

Its empty. No one is ever truly there because they're grinding elvia castle ruins and monastery and orcs. 

I note that you didn't get any BMCs.

I did my weeklies at Sulfur as soon as I was able because I need a map piece and that's definitely not a place where I'd have gone to if I was farming BMCs. My last weekly, I got 1 BMC out of 2 hours there. I think my high was 4 for 4k kills.

The other thing you need to consider is that this is at most, a temporary buff. As soon as people start completing their PEN gear, BMCs will go down in price again.

Lol you only make 400m/hour at Sulfur Mines only when all the stars align. Endgame players are making upwards of 700m/hour in Elvia.

Far as the 15,000% buff to BMCs. I suspect they are just buffing it to the way it was before the BMC drop rate event. Because afterwards in about 10 hours grind zero dropped from me. Before the BMC event started I was averaging 3 per a hour.

It doesnt deserve to be buffed with BMC at all. It was already best grind spot pre 285K = Elvia.

You also missed my point. It is better than most 269k-285k areas and 140bil worth of lifegear, thats my main problem. Its that they cant balance this game at all..

I agree with OP I wanna other regions just as buffed, I just like to grind fadus for some reason, also every region needs that gear boxes like valencia!

ALSO why the f there are still trash trash items that drop from destructables like jails, tents etc that are sold for under 1k silver??? REMOVE THEM CMON!!!!

Valencia was buffed for new player, bmc buff is to permit new player to get their bmc for the pen boss gear quest. They didn't balance the grindspot that s not what they want. They want to give to new player a fine way to get their pen boss gear because the bmc market is a fucking mess.
About kama spot , and vell recharging issue , that's for veteran so pa won't care.

The bmc thing actually isn't big,  however what a lot of people are missing and you are completely right is Kama. That place seriously needs a face lift!
