The price is way to low to list new items such as Cup of Lonely Cloud, and Cup of Dwindling Starlight.

No one is going to list the item, because the price is too low, this means the price will never climb because no pre orders can be put on them.  Other items such as Shining Alchemy Stone of Destruction that have never been listed for that very same reason won't get to a proper value, because no one is stupid or desperate enough to list an that should be selling for 30 times what it's actual value is.

This is an age-old problem. Either PA is utterly clueless of how much people are willing to pay for an item, or they just don't care.

There are players who created those items just in a single day after release.

Realistically It should be max 1-2B after a half-1 year in.

Black Star Awakening falls under new items, one still needed to be listed before any pre orders could go up.  

Those 2 were an example.  The 2 revived necklaces are other ones, this happens with every new item, the new Master matchlock was another, it took months to get it to max price which is still too low.  Rather than list every new item that this has happened to (which is all of them), I listed just 2 of the most recent examples.

You asked that poster to "learn to read".  Meanwhile you should have read up yourself on this issue as it's been ongoing for years and will continue to occur.

The bigger issue is NOT about this specific item, but the way the Central Market works.
