1080ti is to weak, barely handles remastered at 1440p , litterally at 90fps with drops to around 60 or lower depending what your doing and both cpu and gpu you linked are old technology now 4 to 5 years old. If you going intel more likely to go 12600k to 12900k and for amd you can between 5600x or 5900x with high speed memory with low latency up to what the persons doing . But for gpus can go rtx series and i dont think a rtx 3080tior 3090 can handle 1440p ultra @144fps consistently with out drops, but there is amd options also but i cant comment on performance since bdo favors Nvidia over amd .. just how the engine works + the apis overhead.

Just a fyi to op dont buy any upgrades till next gen or gen after the inflataion of pricing makes it not worth, right now you can get a rtx 3060 for the same price as a 1080ti on release .... Which both perform the same in games without raytracing an dlss

I have a 3080RTX with an i9 processor. Forgot which one at this point but I also have pretty amazing RAM and the fastest NVMe drive I could find that wasn't the new $600 kind. I can't play 144fps on ultimate graphics and get maybe 70 on 2k resolution. Let that sink in.

A $2700 computer basically isn't capable of running this game at 2K, 144fps on ultimate graphics, but it can at 60fps if you're content with that. But then, the game also has a lot of lag issues so even if you can get 144fps, on busy nights you will be happy if you can get it smooth enough to play. Last night it was really bad, I was teleporting everywhere on olvia.
