1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

Who do you want to sue?
Pearl Abyss? Why? Because you never had any contract with them before you created your current account. So they are not responsible for anything you had lost!

Or do you want to sue Kakao Games for not transfering your account? They have done everything the could to inform everyone about the transfer and what would happen if you don't transfer your account! They also gave everyone enought time to transfer.

And to say it again: Kakao Games was not allowed to transfer your account to Pearl Abyss without your consent!

I will start with PA. They took it over from Kakao and I have already heard of few cases that have won the compensation from them. It's wort to take a shot. I does not cost me anything.

In they EULA they say they take responsibility for any damage caused. I have damega - I have lost money that I spent and don't have the content. I showed them my transaction history from steam that I didn't invented anything. 

They could give some vouchers or in game content or a refund - so many options. I do not expect to recover what is lost but give me something similiar to the amount I spent on game.

Simple as that.

If you order a dress from shop and paid for it then you want to have it and you are not interested in that the seller will tell you they don't have it anymore because it changed the warehouse - in such case you have a right for a replacement or a refund. Customers Rights Act.

So many people didn't get any compensation because they think its not worth it, but its not the case.

Show me the part in the EULA where they say, they take responsibility for any "damage" you recieved because payments you made before they where responsible!


Every payment you made, you made with kakao games and you recieved everything you payed for! The comparison with the dress is nonsense!
You where informed many times (per email, on social media and on the website), you have to agree to transfer your account or you lose everything you payed for!
You where responsible for the content you bought, but you decided to ignore all warnings!

But if you realy want to sue them ... go on. It's your money.

I also just returned from a long break bc of health reasons to discover this. The difference is I never received an email about transfering the account information over. I was obviously not keeping up to date on the game etc bc it was the last thing on my mind but I was definitely checking my email religiously. Im planning to start over bc a lot has changed for me since I furst started playing but I still submit an inquiry and will see what happens.

If it makes you feel any better man, I am in the same boat I haven't had a pc in the last 5 years. I have like 6 different emails. With that all of my gaming accs were under one email that was only on my last PC came back last month to see that I have lost everything as well. I wasn't quite where you were but still had a good 5k wrapped up in this game and worth of items.
