I have a good pc, rtx 3070, AMD ryzen 5900x, samsung m.2 980 evo with 48 gb ram 3600 mhz, i normally have 144 fps, but sometimes it drops to 11 or 20, sometimes during 3 or 4 seconds, dunno why.

I  have windows 11 updated, can be a problem with windows 11, dunno what to do, pls help.

Have you checked CPU usage while this happens?  I have had an issue crop up just recently where BDO will be using 25-30% CPU and for no reason drop down to 5% usage for 3-4 seconds, then go right back to normal performance.  It could be during combat or at a storage keeper or processing in a residence, etc.  No common occurance/activity that causes it.

First thought was heat issues, but that would increase cpu usage as clock cycles drop with throttling, and all the temps show in acceptable ranges.
