That's right, any BDO event based on a drop mess the base drop.
When they change "chance for drop" eg. 100% shards - drop mess up.
Even with manos event base drop was changed, and many players report: very high mastery and ... no caphras from gathering.
Funny fact: Caphelon teritory give you much more event drop then all others zones.
I think that with rng, anything is up. You could most possibly have an event week, in particular because all weeks are basically event weeks, where few people drop caphras, and those who do drop some of them get very little during this week. That's not at all impossible.. Then minds come together, finds pattern that it is truly so that people get unlucky in clusters... haha ;D

hmm werid don't see a fish. I see the fishing spot being taken up by a leaf and the rare item spot being taken up by an event item. Yet no fish and no relic as well. Cause as I've said 5 times go out an kill mobs for few thousand hours and hand loot every single one and try obtain 2 rare drops from one mob. Wasn't the whole point of your QQ topic about event items preventing rares to drop ?
I provided a proof that both rares and event items can drop at the same time.
You got owned, just admit it and move on.

It been know that these events do affect loot tables the source code for how loot tables is generated has been data mined and shows that the game will only allow one speical drop in a mobs inventory after death.
This is pure bs. You can't even datamine it, due to they generated serverside.

Remember when they shut down the servers cause people were getting extremely large 1,000,000,000,000,000 payouts from NWs ya that was caused by someone hacking into the serverside datebse and changing the code. So you think people can't have hacked into the server and datamined the code?
You got any source for your narrative or do you think backuping claims is only good for others but doesn't apply to you.

They did not hacked into anywhere, the official statement was packet manipulation, which is tl.dr: just their spaghetti code got glitched by a breezing on it...
