I know at the Calpheon Ball the Devs said that they would not be buffing  those areas because they contain the potion pieces which is it's own reason to go there.

The problem is it's not the silver loss that is the problem.  The problem is how annoying it is to grind. 

First not all Kamasylvia spots are potion spots, those that are not 100% need a silver buff.  Ash Forest is negative money, I know Deboreka necklace, but this means that Debo is a self farm only thing.  Fadus, needs a massive boost in silver trash value I suggest 8,000-12,000 range and QoL for the green drops (boxes pls).  Pollies just adding forest furies to the drop table would be enough of a buff, maybe adjust the trash value slightly as well.  Mirumok, simply changing the trash from a 1-3 to a 2-4 drop rate on trash would be enough.  Gyphin, needs a massive overhaul, no one grinds here, there has to be a reason why, oh I know it's because Gyphin has the silver of a 200 AP grind spot and the difficulty of a 290 AP grind spot requiring 5 players, make no change other than to add the Elten compass piece to the loot table, spot fixed.  Navara stepps, yeah you get the mana pot piece there, but only if you are skinning the mobs, so add Forest Furies and Narc Earrings to the non birds/elephants and/or increase the caphras drop rate for the non birds/elephants.  

Second, there is a massive weight and inventory problem at the spots, I have 45 maids and I actually need more to deal with the trash and loot drops at potion spots, I delete about 8000 trash loot an hour, at the dreighan spots because I run out of storage maids at all 3 dreighan spots.  Making the Trash loot at Dreighan be a 0.1 weight instead of 0.3 weight would fix the trash problem.   Quite frequently I run out of transaction maids at the Dreighan spots as well, because the green weapons take too long to destroy so it's faster to throw them in the Central Market via maids.  The Green weapons in all of Dreighan and Fadus need to get the weapon box treatment.  Yeah the spots are not as bad as Gahaz and Cadry were for spamming the drop of Rosar, but it does get bad.  If you look on the CM there are 20k of the Shai and Hashashin green off hands that drop at the 3 spots, even slightly lowering the offhand drop rate at the dreighan spots would be an improvemnt, altho a box that can be opened would be good as well.

Third there are very few solid rotations at some of the potion spots.  Kagtums has 1 decent rotation and 1 decent side rotation, the rest of the rotations are trash.  Manshaums has only 1 decent rotation for the potion piece.  Ronaros is good, there are at least 5 good rotations and 3 off rotations, no need to change anything.  Sherekhan there realistically is only 3 good rotations with 1 side rotation.  Tshira Ruins, is good no need to change anything.

Lastly, the Trash trash loot needs to be looked at.  Tshira and Kagtum are the 2 major offenders here, Kagtum has 2 trash trash loot drops the Magical Stone Fragments, and the Blood Wolf Teeth, both with very low value and high weight.  Either drastically increase the value or remove the trash loot drop all together.  Tshira has the main trash loot and then the branches that have a low silver value and high weight, suggestion increase the value of the branches, merge the branches into the leafs, or make it so you can buy/sell at Leon the node vendor.

Just to add a comment: I can never understand, why only Valencia monster zones had their trash cost buffed up and not the rest after Valencia too. Like Kamasylvia and Drieghan. Was it an experiment or was it for another unknown reason? I can never tell.

According to the Calpheon Ball, the "reason" Kamasylvia, and Dreighan are not getting the QOL trash loot update is because of the potion pieces, which is BS, because Sulfur and Pila Ku Jail both got the update with the rest of the Valencia nodes yet they have a Treasure item aka Archaeologist's Map Pieces. 

I think in the same ball they mentioned a reason why they aren't giving pity pieces for treasure map/compass and that might be their argument since they treat the potions in a seperate category of treasure items.
