Pen offin is way better than Pen kzarka or Tet black star.
Also the game is flooded with accuracy now days (accessories / lightstones / caphras / crystals).
Unless you are a no lifer and you can afford to buy a Pen black star of course.
?? I have seen tons of really dumb statements on these forums. This one might be the worst one I have ever read. Unless you are succession and you hit a bracket with Offin, that is not 273 or higher, the lost 18 accuracy is worth more than the 2 AP you gain. You are trading 1 AP per 9 Accuracy that is not a good trade, even in PvE you would be better off having 18 more accuracy vs 2 AP because mobs have evasion as well.

You do realize that you don't need accuracy mainahnd, if you are rocking x2 distortions and x4 accuracy accessories with Kutum and accuracy lightstones right?
You have zero knowledge of the game it seems.
You think every single opponent you will run into will be an 700+ gs ninja or an evasion Shai?
And even if they run full evasion build if you put potion, food, vells + anti evasion and accuracy buff add ons they are dead meat.
But ye gogo put full accuracy everything smart guy lol.
You might as well go for TRI dandelion +19 for the extra accuracy because you might miss one hit out of 100.
Trade the monster AP for the extra accuracy because clearly you only need accuracy in this game lol.
The recent departure of players made things better for existing players, no longer do I get asked to dfs every 5 min or get griefed by 700GS players (the players that think they own the whole server and all rotations just becase of their GS).
PA clearly did not give a f... for years and us players kept playing and buying pearl items.
I love the new state of the game, the game is what it is, endless grind for next upgrade but this is not a bad thing, it's just what BDO is.
The next 12-24months is going to be interesting to see what PA is going to come up with, I suspect most people that quit will not return, I am only playing because I invested too much time and don't want to lose it all now.

It's rare to see a player who realistically see his own state, but yeah it's true. The mayority of the players who still playing can't quit due to the amount of time/money they invested in it is too high, and they don't want to "waste" it.
This not only applies to bdo, but to most mmorpg. One of the many reasons why wow is still not dead is also this, as ppl who literately invested half of their lives, can't let it go easily, hence mmos die slowly, but painfully.
This is contrast to new games, as ppl easily leave new games, as they did not invested much into them. If bdo would've released today, it would proabably die within a half year. (same for wow) This is also a reason why Crimson Desert got basically axed. If they would release it, it would quickly become a shadow arena sucess story...
