I have used the same prepaid cc for acoin purchases since they were available. Now paymentwall is blocking me. Prepaid cards do not have 3d secure access, prepaid cards are far safer for the consumer. Something must change or you will lose a large portion of your customer base

Paymentwall is a joke of a company. They are a 1 star review company on the Better Business Bureau website. They have so many complaints over their so called fraud prevention. They are currently screwing me over from buying the pass so I may continue to play. Asked for documents, which I provided. Then came back stating the picture isnt clear. I looked at the picture and it is perfectly clear. 100% clear. Then they came back stating they was another picture of my drivers license with my face next to it so they can compare. it. Sorry, this is above and beyond what is needed to verify my information. What i sent proves my DL matches the information on the CC, and now this. The yare a scam of a company, and a bane to Pearl Abyss. Im giving them to the end of the day or PEarl Abyss will be losing five accounts over this matter as several of us will drop them like a bad habit. Four accounts that have been ingame since launch, and this new account. It seems with as many complaints as I have found about this unprofessional scam company, Pearl Abyss continues to use them, and wont do anything about it. If i cant get this resolved tonight, it will be a sad day seeing multiple long lasting accounts be permanently deleted over this BS. We wont be playing anything put out by Pearl Abyss ever again if they continue to use Paymentwall scam company

The single benefit of using Steam client is never dealing with Paymentwall.  Purchase via Steam Wallet, fill Steam Wallet via store bought code cards.  No payment / bank / credit card info required anywhere.

I also had issues last time I used it and yet I had no issues for the past years. The way I went around it is by using their paypal option. You don't need a paypal account, just use your credit card the same way you normally would. I'll relay the message so they can think about what they've done (half joking) xD

not really true, you need to fill up personal info on steam before they let you to spend your steam wallet

you dont need to do that every time, but you need to do that before to be able to use your steam wallet

they not ask your bank info

but they will ask you your name, telephone, the place you live, postal code, etc

so steam is not friendly like before, they are still best, but fun not allowed anymore
