Yeah, having 8accuracy or 4hiddenap is so powerfull, it's mandatory!!444
its super strong when u stack it on already maximized superendgame build
You overdramatize it. Artifact drop rate isn't that bad. You get it eventually. Heck it's actually too high imo.
If anything the only issue I see is that they can't be sold on market.
i got 76 manshaum pity pieces before getting 2x magic ap artefacts.
then i spent countless hours on stars end before getting 2 correct accuracy type artefacts coz of rng.
this was all with 50% drop event buff, 50% tent, lvl 10 nodes, t4loot pet, 8+k ecology, giga usage of old moons, j scrolls, snowflake buffs i had stashed + nw droprate scrolls.
i still dont have all aretafacts i need and some people tripped over few scrolls and got bis stuff by legit farting on few pixels.

Well you can just move an boss alt to nouver, and you will eventually get it.
IDK the exact droprates, but from what I see I estimate that world bosses drop them somewhere between 10-20% chance, so you will eventually get it with no grinding.
That doesn't help on artifacts that doesn't drop from wb. I also spent like one hour in manshaum and fadueses with no drop, so those spots mostlikely not have very high drop rate.
I would take artifact RNG any day over enhancement RNG or even lightstone RNG. Getting rare drop while grinding feels good over spending money to reroll or exploding stuff.
If you are going for +4 hidden AP you belong in those newbie spots. Go for the accuracy or HP instead, because that actually matters. You are complaining about a 0.75% increase in AP by getting a +4 hidden AP. If the Artifacts gave + sheet AP that would be a bracket and then you would have a valid complaint.
Why get accuracy on artifacts? That is in my opinion a poor value trade.
8 accuracy in the slot versus 4 AP in the slot. That is a 1 AP per 2 accuracy trade for that slot.
You should use Accuracy accessories because, for example -- PEN Ominous Ring vs PEN Crescent Ring -- 2 AP vs 16 accuracy, or 1 AP per 8 accuracy. That isquadruple as good of a trade, in value, compared to accuracy vs ap on artifacts. Why get 2 accuracy per 1 ap spent on artifacts, when you could instead get 8 accuracy per 1 AP spent on accessories?
Now, if you want to argue that HP or other entirely different stats are FAR more desirable than either accuracy or AP, that's fine. But just speaking on accuracy vs AP alone, the accuracy artifacts are not good deals.

it's the exact opposite. once you get very high AP and/or have accuracy accs, the AP brackets become a lot worse, and you are better off getting your accuracy elsewhere, getting like a 4:1 tradeoff.
(e.g. above 309, you need 7 AP for the next bracket, which just gives a lousy 2-3 bonus AP)
but unless you also want to claim now you need to restrict everyone in arti usage, your argument is pretty pointless.
giving alternatives is never a bad thing.

In PvP you can virtually never get enough accuracy. Accuracy doesn't stop at accessories.
