Good day, i am from Ukraine. I played for more than  2 years on RU. Now i cant play because traffic from Ukraine is blocked.ping to the server is more than 1000 ms.Is it possible to transfer  in Euro servers? Is it better to start playing another game? 

I cant buy premium on RU servers. All payments from Ukraine to Russia are blocked. 

If you are genuinely from Ukraine, then firstly, let me apologise for the less than respectful responses you have received thus far. Secondly let me offer my condolances, and my gratitude. I would hate to be in the position where I couldn't game over putin, never mind the even more serious reality of being his target.

I know EU server and NA server, can be connected to by EU region. I would try that, see if you can change the server connection to EU on your client, maybe use a vpn or proxy to bounce into EU region, if thats allowed.

AND IF PA DOESNT PULL OUT OF RUSSIA I WILL QUIT BDO OUT OF SOLIDARITY TO THE UKRAINE. any self respecting gamer would do the same.

To answer your complaint directly as to why they likely won't do what you're asking; MONEY. In order for PA to bring over x amount of accounts from RU to EU, PA would need to allocate servers and racks. We're not talking about 1500 dollar desktops. We're talking 150,000 dollar servers. One rack holds about 20 servers. That's 3 million dollars. Then you have to get ahold of the servers. Which there is a MASSIVE lead time on production due to scarcity and the prices are much higher due to that as well, so they're likely paying closer to 200,000 per server. Then you need to integrate those servers with their tech. So that takes network engineers. More money. Then they have wen their bandwith which means talking to the ISP and getting more lines feeding to them. That costs easily 30k for the work order and 2-4k a month for the service. Then working out the best hopping between backbones and route tracing. Then they have to worry about population balance of the servers. They have to make it so the existing players aren't negatively impacted and they need to make sure that you're not suffering from undue latency or dropped connections.

If this is the case pa should suck it up, they should be obliged to do so , less the gaming community begin seeking sanctions to companies that still service russia or fail to accommodate EU connections for those in need.

Epic are doing their part, I will raise this at the ball, I dont care about the flack from selfish people. They should apologise and be ashamed of themselves for how your post was approached, though I wouldn't hold my breath. BDO community is not known for being much else than toxic.
