Doesnt every teramin event they crash in price to min price ..?

Opposite, Usually it takes 2-3 months after the Teramine event to crash back down to min price and sitting.  We had a fishing event in December, and just before the price would start to crash again we have the artifacts from imperial fishing, propping the triple float price up.  I expect it to take until June for the price to drop again, which will be 2 months before the Teramin event in August.

There is one other weekly quest I heard of where you catch something like 20 sandeels to turn in.  It's on one of those islands near Sausans, but there is a really really long chain of prerequisite quests to unlock it.  I have never been able to figure out where the prerequisite quests start or if I somehow already started them back in 2016 and left off in a random spot and forfeited the quest or what.   

This just demonstrates how neglected and convoluted the avaible methods are for obtaining Triple Float rods are in this game.  You can't craft them, they aren't given away in RNG boxes, and it is the only reasonable tool to use for active fishing.  It's a very annoying situation, and when the hotspot RNG goes haywire for the velia quest it just really rubs salt into the wound.     

Crio has a fishing quest that takes you along all the islands to catch multiple fish ranging from green to Yellow.  This is after you have done the hunt seagulls quest.  I have an alt parked at the island that you do the repeatable at.  Once a month I grab my arch map and pull my energy then put him back.  Same result as just leaving it sit in Velia all day long.

Black desert has something that hardly anyone knows. The availability of tasks depends on ... the date of starting our game in BDO and the stage we were / are on.

Eg. new acc can't longer complete the "old" sub weapon quests but old acc can (free magical sub wepons, etc. you probably remember).

Then these quests blocked completely and e.g I still have freed magical sub for guardian and now can't echange to roaring because PA blocked quests.

This quest is unavailable to me. I have traced all the requirements for this quest. The funny thing is i remember it because i did it once.

Same sh. with titles, even from MAIN QUEST!!! Eg. today you can't obtain title Passed Margaret's Test (main quest title).

But why? We have same quests even after main quest line change.

Here is the answer: title Passed Margaret's Test requires you to complete quest Margaret's Test #2. But this quest is bloked by PA:

Also titles for killing main quest bosses not working.

And also: PA removed AoB and Savage rift so new players can't obtain titles, knowledge and challenges from them. Very unfair.

You likely did what I did, after doing one of the quests fishing on an island you decided not to saveloy the next step, sadly the only way to figure out which step you are on is to still to all the islands with quests.  IIRC one is on lema Island starts in the center of the island and completes on an island on the way to kuit, 

Looked up the starting quest.  You need to do fishing quests until you get to the artisan 1 fishing quest done.  Then go to Hario and do the quest chain he has.  Eventually he will get you to Pavio island which is where the weekly for 3x more triple float rods is at.  

Here's the problem: Hario doesn't give me this assignment, and I can't continue the whole line that ends at Port Epheria.

In my opinion something has broken in these quests.

I don't have to look them up, not when I've completed them both multiple times in-game.
