Alt+Tab while in Full-Screen forces game into 1080p with no dropdown option to revert to 2k+

Alt tabbing since the last update or two made it impossible to safely alt+tab.
How to repeat:
Be in Full-screen mode in 2K resolution
Alt+tab or press windows key so you can change windows
The game will ask you if you want to go back to full-screen or not. Etiher option will likely put you into 1080p.
Go to settings and look at your resolution choices, the list is empty except for 1920 x 1080 that is currently selected.
If you try to change it to full-screen, full-screen windowed, or window mode, the list won't change. It will still appear blank. The only resolution is to restart the game entirely. Not swap characters but a full restart.
Frequency:
It happens 80% of the time

Jut an update on this....
I have two monitors. One is 2k resolution and the other is HD. I use the other one for youtube and other things while I play but I think it might be related to having two screens with two different screen resolutions. I will play around and edit this post with my findings but if anyone else can test and post their results it could be helpful.
(Will keep this post to edit in any findings in the future so that the OP and results from me and other people can be separated)

I have this happening to me. I have a 4k monitor so that's 3820 or something like that. When I alt tab or minimize to tray it resets it to the same as yours and there's no option to select a different one unless I restart the game. I'm not using 2 monitors

I just found out when press ALT+ENTER screen will go full screen
