Herbs, Stone, Trees, Crystals, Gems, Ores...a big beautiful resource rich game world at your lifeskilling fingertips...except half or more of the gatherable objects are actually fakes. Im sure there is some technical reason for this but lets say if there was a work around for this, just imagine how much more full and diverse gathering could be. Previously abandoned or underutilized parts of the world would suddenly be viable for players to spend time in. New gathering niche's could form.
Having a small handful of actually "viable" uber efficient gathering rotations can be a bit dull (pilgrims haven stones, behr herbs, etc...)
TL;DR: Enable fake gatherable objects (stone, ores, herbs, trees, etc) to actually be gatherable. Boom, game world becomes that much more rich for lifeskillers.
