Hello all, Irha here, so today I was going to register on the Global Labs Test Server, been wanting to for a long time now but haven't had the time to do it or just forgot about it. So I read through their instructions on the website on how to register, and it said to register an account on the website first before doing the other steps like going into the game, ei: "You must sign-up on the Black Desert Global Lab Website before registering." before loging into the official game and going into "Global Labs" to register etc.

However when I try to accept the Terms of Service when I click on "Sign Up" on the website, an error message pops up saying that "You cannot sign up if there is a publisher servicing the game in a region that you reside in." As a person who has tested many games for many years now this is a first with a test server. What does it mean exactly? I mean I'm from NA, yet I have seen NA's on Global Labs through videos and whatnot so if they register, how come I can't? Granted, those videos are quite old now but still, I'm a bit confused. Is Global Labs only for certain regions or? Am I doing something wrong? Any way around this, can a GM/player help me out? I would like to help test new updates and whatnot lol. This is the error I get when I click "Accept terms of service" and below that is the Global Lab's website, so I know I am on the correct website to register but still. Would like some assitance if possible.
