I'll start with the fact that Ukrainian players in 80% of cases played on the Russian server, facing such problems as: "entering the game", "try later", "kicks from the game" and so on. On the European server, we have already investigated once and checked the reliability, and did not notice 1 problem that occurs on the Russian server. Ukrainian players cannot play on the Russian server at all due to the many inconveniences that are provided on the Russian server. We ask you to make a Transfer from the Russian server in the European language, since we want to play, but we can’t because it’s already problematic to even enter the server, even more so to play.
Random: I enter the game, everything is fine, but I get a "Try later" error - I write in response to the message: "Problem with the provider, write to them." But the provider has no problems, everyone is infected, everything is fine, they changed the provider to a better one and everything is the same there, reinstalled the system, the game, and so on, nothing helps, it only helped to go to the European server and see that everything works fine here.
We ask you to make a transfer from the Russian server to the European one.
This is not the last reason for the transfer. Also, Russian players humiliate, bully and the like in the game who is a citizen of Ukraine.
They write in private messages about threats to life in real life, they write insults, they also write in general chats aimed at the Ukrainian people. Those. support of the Russian server doesn't matter.
This is another reason to transfer from the Russian server to the Ukrainian one.
Many players are having a hard time in the country now, they are distracted from problems in the game, some cannot even log in due to the fact that this is a Russian server. Many are bullied by Russian players. Many can no longer withstand such an onslaught on the players from the Russian players. Please make a transfer.

I appeal to all players of the European server. Please circulate this post so that the European Administration can see it.

I wonder many people did not see this or chose no comment but we support our Ukraine friends. I do. I wish for you to be able to not join servers with certain Russian people who treat you this way. Not all Russian I think will treat you this way but is enough to wish to be seperate.

We are very grateful to those who help us now, communicate with the Administration in this regard. Who put likes to promote the topic, we are all grateful. We do not lose hope that soon we will be able to transfer our data from the Russian server to the European one.

Until now, we observe in the "General", "World" chats in the game, as well as in "Private messages" - insults and persecution of many people from Ukraine. To which the Administration of the Russian server does nothing.

All that reasons You said, on RU server I can confirm(was reporting a lot of people for agressive and nazi-like speech from ru community.

IMHO, there is less than 1% of pro-war people on ru server, but final count is really big. 

Anyone who speaks ukrainian in the chat, got agressive answers and s**etwords from some people around.

Btw, I got here another one reason, why our accounts need to be transferred:

At the game start, both Ukraine and Baltic States(Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) was forced to play on RU server. We got IP-block from joining the EU servers. Many of us got banned whetrying to access EU via VPN, because that was restricted to use.

Being in European Union, we was unable to play on EU server and was forced to play on RU.

Some genius literally sold us to GameNet company.

A few years ago the GameNet was out, there was large transfer tooooo... Only to the new RU server, he-he! Not he-he. ;-(

Soooo... Thats the point.

I hope and believe that PearlAbyss will come to their senses and make a transfer to the EU server. It's impossible to even play. They found out that I was from Ukraine and now you can just sit in the city and that's it. They are looking for me through the NPCs, they don’t let me kill more than 1 mob, they knock me over when they are collected, they often kill me. They offend. Also, for technical reasons from the RU server, I experience inconvenience when entering the game itself, that is, I can’t enter the first time. If I enter, an error occurs, and so on. To which Technical Support is simply silent.

There is a huge "But" if the company of this game does not see all the problems, they will not be passed on, they will not begin to act. Until the players themselves talk about it, they will not do anything either. They don't look at the RU region. and in the EU, few people help in this topic.
