So, as a Blackstar weapon user main hand, awakening and off hand is this method of enhancing Blackstars to "V" being implemented for "ALL" or is it just mainhand and awakening?  

Also does anyone have more info on the process of leveling it up to "V" and swapping it out for a "V" blackstar?

Forgot to add. Will the number of Caphras increase for Cron attempts for Blackstar weapons because they are increasing the price of Blackstars?

Next epic fail. Most players don't have gear to play efficiently at elvia highest zones. So how drop mats for blackstar pen (at caphelon elvia) if you only have tet and you need extra 30 ap but you have 0 chance to get this 30 ap because you need pen acc which cost 40-60p per item.

Most players dont have 270 ap? 

Full tet give you 283 ap, good luck with 300-310 ap 390-400 dp elvia zones.

Okay, so where's the problem? Calpheon elvia will have 270 ap zones,they literally say so in the video...

Are you even supposed to have a PEN blackstar if you don't even have 270 ap though? 

you can literally send hardcap gear to some people's inventory and they'll still complain that they have to click to equip it

Well it seems its got a enhancement system like we already have from what i can see it may even be harder to get pen  than just tapping pen bs...3.15% based on 200 enhancement chance ( guess failstacks)for the last part... Crons needed are less i guess 1820 crons :| so much for the pitty system they tried to sell

Ps : for reference pen blackstar attempt at 200 fs is 4.2% 

Imagine, they could've increased PEN BS enchament rates, they could've made it caphrasable, they could've just buff the monster ap on boss, but no.... they instead add a another new item, with it's own cluttered enchanting to bandaid "fix" to the issue lmao
