Is there a way to skip the new intro quests out in the desert with the painstakingly cutscenes and slow walking?

Then when getting to Velia, is it no longer possible to do the simplified quest line?

I'm pretty sure that you're able to skip a lot of that once you've done it all once. For instance, IIRC, when you accept one of the quests at the end of the Balenos questline, it mentions that you'll be able to skip the Balenos cut scenes the next time around once you've finished that quest.

Anothers forced quests.. 

If players don't care about lore and want just enjoying bdo activity, don't force theme to do this .... quests.. 

With the lags and constant disconnecting on EU servers, I am stuck on endlessly restarting the cutscenes over and over again. I can't even get to finish it without the game crashing. I really hope they get skippable even the first time...
