Hello, I think the NPC Leon was accidentally removed from the last patch as it was never mentioned that he would be removed and there is no way to exchange the [Event] Lost Dragon Seals to him either. There's a thread on Reddit about this, and people have been talking in-game about what happened? Youtuber / Streamer Chris Poli also mentioned that there's no news about removing this NPC as well.

Please consider putting him back in for another 2 weeks at least and let us know that he will be removed by a certain date. I don't think anyone expected this NPC to disappear and no, it's not possible to exchange the tokens with him in Trisha ruins either.

Well, hell. Thanks for that link. I was wondering the same.  

Normally they will also put that sort of thing in the update and patch notes too (ending events), since it *is* a change made with a patch.  Myabe they can allow for that particular oversight, but they are in no way obligated to, of course.

I should have gone and looked for the event link when I saw those seals still sitting in inventory.

Usually there is a event ending notice here, but this time there wasn't. On the August 31 maintenance page it says

Events Scheduled to End
- Arena of Solare Twitch Drops

- FREE Gift Pack

Hmm, two event links, one without an end date, and not present in update announcement.  Maybe there's a little case to have Leon make a brief encore appearance for these.

Edit: Although technically one link was about the seal exchange, the other is about login rewards, including those selas being handed out.  Eh...  I'll hold onto them for now.

Its was in August 17th  on SEA, and our very much just raw copypast but  i can't find our notice for 17th.

Similar to Terrmian Beach event which has also ended and there are also 2 extra weeks for exchange.

Some events do come back, and if the event items don't disappear, they can be reused.

Remember, always read all information about events carefully and come back to this information to check if any changes have been made to them.

def should have a perm npc that takes event currency after it's ended, but both of the links have deadlines.
