Player to Player trade has probably been done to death, but the intent for this is to use the existing Marketplace to only sell to one selected player.
Players can sell to other players privately. This allows a player to sell to another player who wants this item, but cannot get it because of mutiple pre-orders already waiting.
* Only items that can be listed on the Market Place can be sold.
* Only items that have existing pre-orders on the Market Place can be presented to be sold to another player. If there is no pre-orders, players are encouraged to list it on the Marketplace instead.
* Items are sold at a fixed market price dictated by the current higest listed pre-order, plus a % margin. This % dictated by PA, but a I would suggest figure of between 5% and 20%. Players cannot dictate the price. This is to prevent abuse.
* The selling player receives silver based on the market place valuation (Value Packs, and Family Fame still count). The additional margin the buying player pays for goes to PA. This can be called a cost for facilitating the private sale.
* The selling player can only sell a maximum of 1 item privately each day, which resets at at the daily reset time (00:00 UTC). This is to prevent abuse.
* The buying player isn't obligated to buy the item immeditally. This allows them time to get any additional silver needed. However they must buy the item before the daily server reset, otherwise the sale will be cancelled automatically.

Pen Blackstar Battle Axe
3 Orders at 144,000,000,000
1 Order at 140,000,000,000
The seller "Player S" indicates they want to sell their Pen Blackstar Battle Axe to a player with family name "Player B"
The higest order price is 144,000,000,000
The selling price is 144,000,000,000 + 10% (example private sale tax) = 158,400,000,000
Player B, receives a notication of a "special private offer" for the "Pen Blackstar Battle Axe" at 158,400,000,000
They enter the Market Place, open the private offer. Ensure they have added suficent silver, and click buy.
Player S, receives 144,000,000,000 - 35% Central Market Tax + 30% Value Pack + 1.5% Family Fame (7K) = 123,084,000,000

Would pretty much result in the same spam we had a few years ago "selling pen blackstar for Pearl gift", except it would be direct RMT.

Yeah imagine, instead of fixing the market prices to reflect the actual value of the said item, they made the marketplace useless for it's purpose kek
