With the upcoming changes to apprenticeship of new guild members (apprenticeship reduced from 14 days to 7 days), Guild Payout system should receive a rework.

Right now, all General members and above must receive payout, no matter what. You cannot leave a member with any bonus, even with minimal. Even if it is 5M on lvl 1 , they must receive it - having some inactive members harms the guild this way, because the money could have been sent to someone who deserves it more.  Yes you can argument that 5 million is not a big money.

 With my experience, new members often quit playing within 14 days in the guild. So these members are not allowed to any guild bonus. However if apprenticeship is lowered to 7 days, almost everyone will become General and thus has a right to receive the bonus. No one sees in the future and cannot predict who will quit and who not. It is not fair that guild is forced to give payout to all general members regardless their activity. Some guilds keep people in guild eventho they are not currently active (real life and other matters), but they should not be punished for it.

GMs should be able to exlude inactive members from the payout - lets say members offline for more than 30 days.

If he is inactive, kick him out?

Well i won't kick everyone who is busy with real life for a moment and will come back after 2 months and be active again.  Not everyone is a btch and kicks person who is offline for more than 5 days, lol.

with ur caveat there is a simple solution of just kicking them out of the guild. if someone is inactive for 30 days just msg them real quick on discord tell them why ure kicking them and that theyre welcome back anytime and that's the end of that lol.

Tell the truth: you want lots of guild members for large quests, but don't want to share the profits with them.

Typical trash guild, I've been to this one before. As soon as i asked where my money I earned for the guild I got kicked out (some people know how money splitting works in guild and that a guild master can create groups for payout where one player gets 100m and the other only gets 1m). 

The facts are that this whole system has always been malfunctioning and should be changed. Weekly payout should be removed and guild quests should be personal not for all guild members with personal not guild limit.

Also all guilds should have chance to buy guild house as permanent to make for example a better version of the guild ship.

yeah guild system needs a rework
but the guild as a whole should benefit in some way for getting quests done if not silver then something else
