Life skill fixes

Doubt anything here is read and/or implemented, but lets give it a try. I am going to go over multiple life skills and fixes for them, but will put a gap between each fix.

Alchemy: We need traces, PA keeps adding more and more fruits to the game and ignore traces. PA did update the price but there could be better changes than that.  Take sealed black magic crystal for example, it is an item that was added in the last year I think. You can sell it on the market and mass process it. Do the same thing with the weapon boxes that can be heated into these traces. Like the Yuria main weapon box, Make it sellable on the central market and where we can mass process it. A lot of people aren't going to bother opening them and putting it on the market due to the slots the armor takes and weight, plus its silver value isn't worth the time. If you make the box sellable on the market, people are less likely to delete these boxes, like I have done multiple times in the past, and just put them on the market and sell in bulk. As for trace of earth, you can reduce the amount of weeds needed from Alustin by half. At the moment, 200 weeds is 1 million silver, even at max market cap that was just implemented, that is still 5 times more than traces are worth. halving it would give people more of a reason to gather weeds and do the guild quest you added in the game for some reason. 

Gathering:

Overall: The best part of gathering is all the old content, wolves and foxes in balenos, Ash, cedar, and maple saps/timber in serendia, elk, pine timber/sap, and herb gathering in calpheon, and lion meat gathering in Valencia. The reason I am bring up the best part is that none of the new regions are good for gathering. Whether it be saps or plants. O'dyllita is the worst gathering spot due to how few of the plants/trees are close to each other. I can gather all the delotia or thornwood sap across the guild servers and still have to wait for the cooldown on these resources to come back up. With Eilton, it is only slitely better with gathering resources, there are too many FAKE plants/trees taking up space and I still need the guild servers to swap from to even remotely gather enough of resource. Plus, with trees, half of them are pine trees(seems like half the trees in BDO are) and they look EXACTLY like Snowfield Cedar trees. But don't take my word on it, just look at the market places and the nothing that is being sold from gathering in these regions. Only special farming versions of plants that are too expensive for a lot of people to bother due to there not being an exchange system for them like onions, peppers, hot peppers, and garlic. Lastly, due to me bringing up fruits in alchemy, it is possible to get these fruits from the mushrooms in eilton and delotia in O'dyllita. With PA making a big deal about fruits, you would think that resources carrying fruits in new regions would be somewhat not difficult to gather? So replacing the FAKE plants with gatherable ones, or reducing the cooldown on these plants/trees would make new region gathering worth while and more fun.

Tanning: Its a joke of a life skill. Take wolf/feather wolf hide for example, The price it is now was around the price it was before bartering was introduce. Then PA introduced bartering and there was a use for this trash item. Price went from 700 silver to 6000 each, then both items were removed from bartering and the prices plumetted back to where it is now. The other way you use them, people aren't going to bother with due to the hassle. So for an actual use for them, make the housings in towns that can make trade crates for hides. People used to trade hides in the past, so it will still fit in with this fantasy setting. Then there wouldn't be a long list of minimum price listed hides on the market. I get that trading is a dead life skill, but at least it would give people a reason to buy these hides rather than them sitting there.

Cooking:

This one is good other than finding the resources for what you need to cook. There a few things that could be changed, like how grilled bird needs frying oil and fried bird needs olive oil, since that is an odd choice for ingrediants. Biggest issue with cooking I have is Pistachio fried rice. It is a processing success chance food item that was ignored when making the new region. There is no point in this item now due to the Stir-fried Chanterelle and Meat and Eilton meal in the latest region. Why make a new food with a better processing rate that an already existing food? It was an almost dead item before, and it is a dead item now. There should be a change in the effect of this item if you are going to make a better version of this item, especially if make pistachios a worker node only item.

Processing:

Look at the alchemy section for my issue. Too many things that should be mass processable that are not.

Fishing:

There may have been a recent update to fishing, but doubling the fishes price and giving a maybe double seal chance isn't really good for 2022. It should be more. But since I doubt PA will up the price on the fish again, here is another idea for you. Make carracks into giant fishing boat. Have sailors lower a giant net attached to the boat onto fishing hot spots. Have the player do a new weird on screen minigame and then you catch the whole hot spot for fish. The fish are put in the carrack storage and can be taken out by the player to get more fish. This way, PA won't have to up the price on the needed price hike on fish and the player can get more fish. Making fishing a possible active/fun life skill again.

Hunting:

Mosty good, just stop adding hunting mobs you can't butcher like in Eilton for the main quest mobs where we are forced to kill the animals, but are not allowed to butcher them for meat/blood/hides. An easy fix is to just make the gather rate for these animals the same as the raccoons and weesals on the islands, with lower amounts of items gathered from each animal.

Farming:

Add seeds for valencia region is a big one that would be great for special seeds. Also up the amount of resources gained from the new region's seeds. It takes to long and gives too few mushrooms for the special chanterella mushrooms. It gives half of what I would get if I were to plant a special hump mushroom. It just makes people not bother with an forcefully scarce resource. Also truffels, but hopefully when you mentioned truffels in the update, farming is the way you were going to add them.

Bartering/sailing:

Bartering is just slowly going the way of trading/fishing. I can make the same amount in all the parley resets that I would 1 hour at the top grinding spot or a couple hours gathering. thats is a couple hours vs 12 hours minimum bartering. I have an amazing ship with nol and it is still not worth barter even after the special barter update. If you are not going to up the prices on the Level 5 barter items to be sold, at least reduce the crow coin prices on crons/caphras/memory fragments and stop the weekly cap on these items. The market is always out of these items that can be sold, so there shouldn't be a weekly cap on an extremely needed item on the marketplace. Make it where the 10 million silver Level 5 barter item is used in another barter. It says on the item that it is used in barters for other materials. yet I have never seen it be used for anything other than to be sold at any of the wharfs for the 10 million silver. Also at Lekrashan with max loot scrolls, it also still does not compare to gathering/grinding even after its update, so another sailing location not worth the effort for silver.

Trading:

Prices should have been upgraded a long time ago, but I doubt any of that is going to change. So at the very least, change imprial trading like you did fishing. Upgrade the prices for imp and give a seal for every items given in for imperial trading. It isn't going to get most people trading, but for people like me who barter a week out of  every other month, it would give me a reason to do imperial trading when I am out near Port Ratt. 

Training:

no clue, avoided this life skill since I started the game. Only looked nice recently.

Now for the thing that may get someone to look at this and will probably ignore the obvious fixes to the life skills. You can add a new type of cron stone for manos/geranoa/trashy green garbage. The new cron stone can only be purchased without real money by using crow coins at the only spots you can make purchases with crow coins. You can turn horse gear and carrack overlays into these new cron stones. Also making carrack overlay's purchasable on the central market so people can purchase the item from the pearl shop and sell it on the central market. This would give people more or a reason to sell the horse outfits on the central market since it will have a similar use to normal outfits.

OP your points are concrete but let's just streamline it a bit 

1. Make items processed/crafted market price reflect the new base material price. (Basically all consumables mount armors etc )

2.  Double crow coin rewards. One manos acc for 2500 crow is just a waste of time nobody gonna barter for 200m - 300m per day (selling base )

3. Allow carrack to be sold on MP for 100bil like a pen Tungrad belt.

4. Reduce CP cost of fences for farming.

5. Reduce CP cost of 1st residence in each town (should be a free studio apartment for clearing the main story for each area actually..).heros don't get free lodging??!?

6. Increase energy recovery.

7. Special worker: new feature that you can pick one worker to lifeskill with you sorta like a hedgehog but they increase speed and mastery for each level (skilled artisan etc ) and also gave special traits like "increase fruit drop rate by 10%) and such..

8. Make guru workers 

9. Increase all movement speed in all water areas. 

10. Get rid of clipping bugs in water and land. 

That would be a good start.

Melting boxes is a scam. Give you 1-3 trace. Master processing offer 1-5 from item, most time 3-4 trace per item.

Also melitng items not boxes give you much more pure crystals.

PA probably meant well, but it turned out as usual.

1. the weapons should drop at least in 1 monster zone per region rosar only drops in valencia what if no one does valencia

the traces drop from mobs why cant every mob in the game drop some kind of trace or better yet every mob has a chance to drop 1 random trace.

2. gathering yeah having to channel hop to gather is a huge no no and needs to go please fix this p.a

yeah the new zones needs way more gathering stuff increase the amount of gathering stuff

Not the method I want really. I have a better idea for traces, but PA wouldn't put the effort in to making it. I am just giving them a simpler meathod of giving people traces who want the traces. so there won't be so many pre-orders on the market by allowing people to sell the boxes on the market.

There should be more box drops over all for these weapons, since they aren't worth much anyways. 

Although having to swap channel isn't ideal, it is the only way to gather anything in these new regions unfortunately. If PA would just reduce the cooldown on gatherable plants or add more, the server swap wouldn't even be an issue. I want to make the new meals for the new regions, but the resources just aren't worth it.

Also the sheer amount of pine trees in this game is infuriating to me. I want almost anything besides that as the extra tree in a given area.
