Make # of breeds (taking into account breeding reset amount as well) part of the purchase price for horses off the horse market.  No one sells unbreeded horses yet you are expected to pay the same price for a level 30 horse that has max breeds left as the one that has no ability to breed left.  

Actually I'd like to add my concerns about breeding rate. After PA selfpublishing I had 10 breedings with t7-8 horses (at lvl 27-30) and got 3 -t6 females, 2 -t7 females and 5 -t7 males. 0 T8, I can think of super bad luck, but I'm seriously thinking that's not the case, coz 10 last breedings with kakao was 4 -t7 males, 3 -t8 males, 3 -t8 females. What is the point of tweaking value pack with 30% horse exp, if the result is SO BAD! I'm super sad that I wasted breeds of my T8 females and got so outrageously bad results that no1 will ever compensate to me. I wasted my time and that's the most valuable thing here!

And why horsebreeders have to suffer the most - we need to keep our PC on for weeks just to make normal breeding and it's SUPER low income - what about saving our planet and using less electricity? Why can't YOU rework stables and add ability to use stable keeper+workers to level horses (with money) and offline/online. Make it similar to fishing or training with dummies for characters, when u need to just stand and pop-up some minigame about feeding your horse/brushing it's mane or cleaning it's butt! If you want to create illusion of "life" on the roads, then just send more NPCs to compensate it.
