Sollte der Launcher bereits installiert worden sein, wird das Spiel gestartet.
Startet den Launcher manuell, wenn er sich nicht automatisch öffnet.

Installation-Guide

1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

My tickets arent getting checked

I've written 3 tickets now all of which no one had replied to any of them and no automated reply... is the gms on break wtf is going on i would like my tickets to be replied to so i know my ticket has been heard.

If you have recently sent a ticket to our Customer Support team, one of our agents will get back to you when possible. Please, keep in mind our agents go through a queue of tickets sorted by arrival, so before yours, they will need to answer others.
 
Once it's your turn you will get your cases checked. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

One common mistake a lot of people do when it takes longer than anticipated to get an answer to your ticket, is to send in another ticket with the same problem.

I don't know if this was back in Kakao's times or if this is also the case still, but I've heard somewhere that when you send in another ticket, you are placed back to the end of the queue which makes you have to wait even longer than initially. (This could still be just a myth though?)

Either way, please be patient and the support team with get back to you very shortly!
In the mean time, feel free to ask any of us your general questions either here or on Discord. Fellow players and Ambassadors will not be able to help you with account related issues, but our experience and general knowledge can be of great use to get a lot of people's problems solved without the need of tickets! ^^

yeah only did 1 extra ticket to see if it would go quicker the other ticket i did was another ticket that needed to be made so only 1 dupe ticket but its all Good now i got replied to i just wasnt sure if my ticket was stuck in limbo never gonna get seen but like i said all good now
