Title: Guild member ranks - improvement

Suggestion/Comments: 

#1 Add more ranks that are under Officer, with specific responsibilities : Recruiter, Guild Mission starter etc.

Recruiter could invite new people in the guild, but other privileges would be disabled.

Mission activator could start and finish guild missions, but other privileges would be disabled.

OR

#2 Allow Guild Master/ Advisor to create new ranks, which can be edited and assigned with certain responsibilities.

Currently Officers have lot of privileges and you have to chose visely who deserves promotion and who to trust. With smaller/editable ranks Guild leaders will no longer fear power abuse or other issues, because members will have only partial power. 

This suggestion should be commented asap. After so many years of asking, we deserve to know whether it's possible or we should give up.

GM's can always abuse whatever they want to abuse. it's transparency that is needed on his actions.
i saw a guild being killed by GM for his own personal gain. no one could do anything.

But the rework on roles is essential to get players more involved and avoid certain abuses from players, moles, etc. Some people have fun joining a guild and destroying it. i witnessed it several times, and it was funny to watch. But makes guild storage handling very painful and makes you a bit paranoid regarding officer roles as they have many powers. Being able to pick who does what is nice. "officer" sounds too bossy. "Helper" "Advisor" "Counselor" are nicer terms.

I could see the roll of quartermaster being expanded to being able to recruit, but not kick, and pop guild missions or I could see another system that i've used in other games is selectable "tasks" per player where you just check the box next to there name. So you would have boxes like guild quest, recruit, kick, dec, deposit storage, withdraw storage, buy from NW/Siege vendor ect next to each members name and you just select the rolls you want them to have. Then officers would get everything, but GM only ablilities

This is a must, current system is super limited.

With today's global lab patch note.  We will be getting 2 new ranks. Staff and Guild Mission Officer - which will be a general member but with ability to accept guild misisons. THANK YOU
