Guild Drill Changes:

Guild Drill is a more recent addition to the game

However, upon release players found the newly added content to be underwhelming especially when it comes to rewards. Considering that the guild has to put in the effort to create the drill.

In my opinion this entire mechanic can easily be simplified for the said content to be utilized and enjoyed by players.

1. Continues drilling until destroyed via PVP. Remove the mechanic of successful drilling after an hour and fuel system. The drill should be placed open world indefinitely until destroyed via pvp. However, drills should only be placed on guild's home server ONLY. Every 15minutes of drilling guild must earn [guild] covenant of blood. This will be the main currency for guilds to spam better guild buffs as per the current mechanic.

2. [Guild] Covenant of Blood should also be uses as currency for guilds to buy boss scrolls for more guild content

3. With the drill being placed open world indefinitely and can be destroyed by others. Structures such as barricades, Flame Towers and Hwacha can and should now be placed to defend the guild drill. It can either be manned by guild members or guild master and advisor can hire mercenary defender NPCs by using [Guild] Covenant of Blood to defend base. These NPCs can either attack enemies directly or use structures based on how guild leaders set them up (like workers basically)

4. When a guild drill or structure is attacked once, a guild wide announcement will pop up on players screen notifying them to defend the drill.

5. When guild drill is destroyed. Guild will obtain [Guild] Covenant of Blood. Amount is based depending on how long the drill was standing for. Random chance to obtain guild drill crafting mats will drop as well.

I believe with this simple improvement. It will encourage more guild activity. A more objective and purposeful Open World GVG etc.

A side note, I think guild items, such as covenant of blood, should be immediately added to the guild's storage, or even better, make them a currecy type item that does not take inventory space. Having to rely on guild members to receive the reward and then deposit the items into storage is no good. Having blood be a type of currency also eliminates the need to carry around blood at all times.

Or simply make that damn thing permanent and not consumable upon 1 use. No one wants to always craft that from scratch with those amounts. 

Yup. Thats what I meant by being placed indefinitely with the exception of it being destroyed via PVP tho. If it gets destroyed then guild needs to make it again in my opinion

Love the suggestions OP. So much more potential here for rewarding, guild centered coop content.

This should be on feedback board for PA to look over. Might get more people interested in doing the drill and help with more GvGs
