Black Spirit Rage 200% skill adjustments and accessibility

Please adjust 200% black spirit skills so they can feasibly share the same cooldown as their normal skill versions. Some classes may need to have their 200% damage modifiers looked at to prevent abuse and feeding, and it might be worth discussing if 60 seconds of bonkers speed and damage would break the game or not. 

But you've put the effort into making some spectacular looking skills that can rarely if ever be used, and even if you select the black spirit artifacts, you can only use your BS 200% skill once every half an hour due to the huge half an hour cooldown. 

Alternatively, you could remove the 200% skills and incorporate them as an alternative 100% skill which can be locked/ unlocked so people have an extra 100% skill to decide on. This removes the risk of abuse in large-scale and adds some customisation to peoples kits.

Yeah that's why I mentioned balancing them so they don't break the game and prevent abuse and feeding haha. I like the idea of dialling them down and turning them into alternate 100% skills.

Yeah we all saw how well PA balance them...

Doesn't that apply to any suggestion we come up with though? That they balance it correctly? If we second guessed pa would do it wrong no one would have anything to say kek. 

Maybe it's just me but I'm really not getting the heel-digging and negativity about something as benign as allowing everyone more regular access to a tuned down version of their 200%. It's there already just not in use very often and impractically bloated numbers.

Sure there's a handful of super powerful ones that would need addressing (which I've mentioned twice now), but most would offer some spectacle alongside some damage modifiers more in line with 100% skills. 

honestly in pve i would like to nuke down everything  with that insane amount of damage so i would not nerf the 200% BSR in pve but in pvp sure tone it down.
