Active fishing with a boat is the only times you need to get specific titles or fish which would 9/10 times be harpooning. Also stated  you have to be active for harpooning.

Training is not based on other players i have done out of zone same issues occur as town(also some old guildies who are guru 30+:in training said the same). Its a bdo issue.Your pve server would be worse because it would overcrowded with pve players causing the same issues as siege leading to more disconnects. No,multiple pve servers wont help. Each action in the game is using available bandwidth. If you have said issues i recommend talking to support. But it will come down to a bdo issue + your connection /distance from the server

which disconnect ? i didnt disconnect even while siege time

when was last time we disconnect, because overcrowded ? maybe may happen if several thousand people coming in a specific spot and you are in this spot, but if you go elsewhere, no you will not disconnected

i am confident the server will not crash even if one million people log in same time in this server and it is not like if pve server will add magically 100000 more players, so if we still stay at 40000 or 50000 players i dont see how the server may crash

Means you havent been to calpheon sieges at the start there is mostly always random disconnects and  rubberbanding.

Also its not going to be just pve players ,its going to be anyone who does lifeskills eitherway would be a grief fest, idk why carebears are so fascinated by pve servers when we already have a thing called Seasons. BDO has always been a PvX game. Why change it after 5 years+?

Edit: the reason i say this, they are insistent on something that rarely exists or are putting them selves in this position when there is alternatives that are fully safe, which matches the money made alsewhere for lifeskills, in the same category.

yeah, so you only prove you disconnect when you are in same spot than hundred other dude being actively kill each other in spectaculary firework, but if you are in another area for example florin, no you will not being disconnected, because hundred dudes kill each other in calphion

i am confident than even if all black desert player going to this server the dude chilling on a random hill or island will not disconnected, what you describe only happen if too many people in same spot than you, but if they too far way from you, no they will not affect you, it is only if you see several white square on your mini map you have too worry about your connection, not white square on your mini map mean nobody will eat your connection in black desert

i dont say we should have pve server, but why pve server is a problem for you, you have problem people going to relax in pve server ? you really need them in your pvp server ? it is not like OP asking to grinding in pve server, he asking a pve server for relaxing and chilling, so mostly a pve server for lifeskill, i dont see him asking to killing mobs in pve environment 

The reason is , its always been stated by developers they view the BDO as a  PvX mmorpg, they start changing the fundamentals of the game what alse will they change in the process.Also why isnt season enough, why isnt safe zones a enough, why isnt marnis realm enough ? 

Karma system is another thing.

Their views always expand an still the same comments are made "we keep being killed when we put our selves into the situation".

PA have obliged on seasons an marni realm even though it wasnt part of their vision. 

They have had year on year additions so the "PvE players" dont get killed , they are already fully protected. Why do they want more when they are fully protected now. Have multiple alternatives. Also i pointed out there was no reason to be in a unsafe zone for training, fishing an most other lifeskills. If it aint broke why "try" fix it. Everyone knows full well they add a PvE server outside of seasons that the "PvE" community will ask for more. PA has already shown they will rush it an break things outside of said content. Magnus is a big example.

Edit: Also on cannon team an flex i have the disconnects so no its not just people in main ball with large amounts of people. As far as i can tell they use a priority system, first in first serve higher latency = higher chance of issues.

and anyway many thing happened in last 6 years when we thought never happened, i remember when a dude ingame trolling me when i said a day we may play shai 

i never experience that because overcrownd and i can tell you i am often in calphion on calphion1 when they begin to killing each other saturday evening at calphion

i can see one day we may have pve server if black desert lost players and the numbers of players are below the security number of players pearl abyss want, so if one day we are less than 10000 players while at least 6 months i can see they try pve server

PVE and Life Skill players, please try to coexist with PVP players. and adapt, please! Hating each other isn't the right direction to move forward. Of course, there will always be a percentage of bad apples that will mess you up. But learn to shrug it off and don't let it get to your head. One day, the bad apples will have consequences. 

As a PVE / Life Skiller myself, try to be positive and have fun. I also learned to ignore Red Players and shrug it off. The more you look at it, the more you will stress yourself. I understand that PVP bullying weak players and life skills is wrong. But that is their game. They want to get a reaction out of you. But hey! I have friends who are into PVP too and I respect them. They are also nice. :)

I think there are some misconceptions in the premise.

Everyone in this game is at least a PvEr and a lifeskiller, simply because there are no other ways to gain wealth and progress. PvP as such doesn't offer any meaningful progression path.

So there are actually 2 types of players :

- PvXer, who do PvE, PvP and lifeskills

- Exclusive PvE / Lifeskiller.

There are no exclusive PvPer, they don't exist in BDO, even if we take aarena of Solare into consideration, since it's a recent addition which is on its own "content island", totally disconnected from the rest of the game, with no impact on it.

This is true, but also a little wrong. When you PvP for the spot you win the spot. The spot is the progress. If you lose you go to less profitable spot or rotation. Also RBF gives you xp and some silver too.
