The missing Hikarisu

Garmoth's loyalty and the ambitious Nouver aren't the only dragons out there. Somewhere at the end of the sea, a dragon named Hikarisu is fading. . Vell had Hikarisu

supposedly seen it, he said it was a dream, but when the waves got much bigger, there was a sign that there was something else in the sea. What does Hikarisu want?

look: his scales are more purple or bluish, his eyes are full of colors all there are.

where does he like to live his abode?: I think hikarisu only lives in the sea, preferably where the waves are at their highest.
