I have carried out several tests with different types of evasion and also against DR users. I have determined that we DR high end users vs eva high end users have totally all to lose. Killing for example a Striker 301/401 Full Evasion is literally impossible. They have basically everything. A lot of damage. A lot of defense and it's an extremely cheap build. The only expensive thing in any case would be the distortion, To kill a user of Evasion High End minimum you need 3 accuracy accessories which are extremely expensive. However, to be able to kill a DR user with 401+ DP you only need just over 277 AP and a good combo. The gap between evasion and DR in this game is very unfair. Many will say that DR is for Massive and EVA 1V1 but it is not entirely correct. I have seen EVA users enter a massive combat in which I do not leave alive or by chance and I have 420 dp. I do not know if this post reaches the eyes of a GM or the same of PA. But they should take more seriously the issue of the imbalance that exists in the game today. I for example stop doing PVP because of the same, They apply NERF to classes that don't deserve or need it and apply BUFFs to classes that don't need it either.  Solution? Expand DR 401+ CAP further , It doesn't make sense for us to have 401+ if the DR cap is very low compared to the damage that currently exists in the game. We are not asking for anything given away. only that justice be done for those of us who have more than 401+ inevitably

Also your example ain't even an eva hybrid hence u can even kill it on full AP setup with enoguh gear(depending on class).

As for the 401, you confuse DP with DR. The DP brackets have nothing to do with DR, both eva and DR players benefit from it. (Also they said it on the ball that they have no plan on increasing it.)

I have 2 accessories of accuracy earring and belt and that does not give me to kill eva meme. I understand the statistics very well. If you're dk I don't expect you to understand what I'm talking about. Since it is a class with an exaggeratedly high damage and base accuracy. And of course they are not going to increase the cap of dr. They in the end only want to benefit a certain audience. You put 2 people 401 with their statistics to the maximum and I mean dr and eva and I assure you that the dr dies in the middle of the combo. To counter eva you must spend at least 3 or 4 accuracy accessories 

Obviously 2 acc acessory will not going to be even close for full eva memers IDK what you even smoke to think that a mere 2items will counter a full build lmao

So while an evasion only needs 2 distortion tet and sicil I have to invest more than 500b in jewelry to be able to kill the evasion? How absurd

Gotta wait a year id say, when most people will follow the meta and shift EVA, then maybe PA will start to realize that PvP has even turned to be worse with 1v10 FOTM classes mostly, then they'll just cap the evasion, as every other stats...

In the meantime I am lauhging my ass off with some iFrames+ Eva+ Desynch combo players on RBF everyday.

they keep adding more dr (look glabs) which willl ironically make evasion even better chouce as eva stackers wont even be that punishable by high accuracy. they need to go back to the drawing board imho.

In an game with so called "action combat" and super high mobility where distance appreciation and aiming are supposed to be a thing, evasion and precision are silly stats to begin with.

problem is even asassin classes have aoes size of football fields in their kit.

People seem to not understand that buffing DR is a direct buff to evasion builders. They need to rework existing armors and rebalance the evasion/dr rate for those armors
