Getting guild members to participate in guild missions is sometimes like pulling blood from a rock (no that is not another suggestion to implement a new mission!!)

So how about incentives?

A percentage of the reward perhaps. For Example

Life: Cooking Obtain Witch's Delicacy XL x120 60m Silver

        Give each participant a share of say 10% for completion. SO two players do 50% each they get 3m each as a participation reward

Also how about a guild league table. So can see daily, weekly, monthly and year to date of contrbution each player has made. Which missions they did, how many and how much silver they have contributed. This could then translate to giving a bonus on top of guild rate of pay when members get their wages as another encouragement to do missions.

As I explained in another post, that is the wage you can claim when doing a guild mission. Were you aware of this reward? 

Ok, I am embarrassed to say that in all the time I been playing this I have looked at but not seen the Wages button, d'oh

so just the pseudo league table then  :p

p.s. Clicking the wages button I get "not enough guild funds", Guild owes me so much money it can't pay out lol. Should be able to take a partial payment, that may help :)

Teeeechically you can see the amount of contribution of a guild member in "numbers" via the guild contribution in the member tab. Though that isn't really a good overview I have to agree. 
And yea partial payout would be good in case there isn't enough funds
