As we all know, crystals play a very important role within our gear builds. They provide really good boosts and they offer great help in certain situations. There are certain crystals that have a really high value and when your character dies breaking one of those crystals can impose a good setback in your current grinding session. Granted, the only solution for that, would be to just be aware of the mobs and simply avoid getting killed.

With that being said, I think that we should get some form of a crystal insurance mechanic that will basically protect certain crystals that we want to keep. It could be in form of an item (i.e. gear brand stones) that can be used on certain crystals we want to protect and it has to be renewed each time a crystal was about to break. Instead of the crystal breaking, you basically "break" your insurrance and you're gonna have to purchase a new one, the higher the value of the crystal, the more expensive the insurance for it.

This would provide great help to the people who want to test out spots that have higher gear requirements without them being afraid of breaking their crystals causing a (tiny) dent in their pockets. Any other suggestions as to how this system should work are welcome!
