as a suggestion it would be great if you could accept and deliver guild quests as a normal member in the guild.

Maybe as another role between member and offi or as a switch with normal members.

You want to do GQ but don't want/need to be offi because an offi holds too much authority in the guild.

Giving this option to general members can lead to malicious use. Starting 10 quests on servers where the guild doesn't go to, and let them expire, making the guild with 0 available quests to do.

It would make more sense to have an option to pick who can start it, with editable rank or rank above general and below officer.

Agreed, I'm not sure why an officer needs to complete it? Pretty sure that should either be automatic or be done by anyone on the server. Would also be nice to see a who contributed dialog with a history of completed missions but that's irrelevant to this thread lol.
