Update, as so many posts are being deleted, Please keep this in mind

THIS IS NOT ABOUT WHO DID WHAT, THIS IS ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ALL GUILD STORAGES IN GAME.
Thefts and removal of Guild Items Sea and otherwise.
This Began as a Node war typo game, where it was open to all, there was no restrictions on Apprentices so it was not a problem, Once sea monster hunting started and New Guild Items came into play. There was oversight into what could and could not be taken out.

By Game design it was set for Member or above, and apprentice is lower than member as per Rank.
All Sea Items in beginning were more work to obtain so Yes I could see Guild access. 
But with Changes to ships and in comes barter, hard went out the window, not to sound old, but back in the day when I started a weapon or Armor stone was a great reward, now everything is easier.

So with changes to the game, the old ways need to ne reassessed and fixed. We are here to prevent abuse and fix a long time coming function of the Guild storage proceedure. 
Please all others alone at this time. 

I think adding tabs like WoW has would fix all issues like this. You have a general tab which any guild members can add/take from and you can restrict how many items per day they can take. You have an officer tab, and finally a GM tab.

Off topic somewhat but how about converting these sea monster guild only items into things that players can vendor as well as craft guild items. It's pretty harsh to waste time and energy on sea monsters for it to be only guild related, imagine if the same were true of land zones lol.

We JUST had this experience with that exact person earlier tonight. Joined, said nothing. Took out all cannons kits/cannonballs(including crystal shots), and all craftables. Left a message in our notice that said "I am an agent of Foxy. Your bank has been raided." then dipped out. 
How in the world are PA letting this guy STILL slide? And why hasn't this been fixed yet? 
Dude in the guild for like 20 min max and is able to do this? C'mon now.. 

100% ^ Looking up Meow's guild page will show you they've had issues with him and removed him. Now he's going around telling people he was sent by them. 
We just had our first experience with him tonight and he said he was sent by Foxy. No doubt in my mind that Foxy didn't have anything to do with it. I Imagin his next message will read being an agent of another guild now lol 

This being said, there should totally be some sort of method of locking who specifically has access to the storage, apprentice should not have instant access. We've only promoted trustworthy people to QM,  but what does that even matter when someone can join and immediatly raid the storage then bail? We should not have to have alts to hold guild items, or store things in a guild galley to keep it safe from people. This is literally what a guild storage is for. 

With all the other changes to guilds recently I'm wondering why this simple fix wasn't addressed sooner by PA.
