It's not out of date, even if old. 62 is optional. Anything above 61 is just for a prestige. Nothing else.

Quests require lvl 62 (garmoth heart), last character skills require lvl 62.

It's not a mandatory. And the skill that requires 62 has a very minor gain, barely noticable.

But where is this 99% comming from. You havent shown a single statistic. The game is niche an you still trying to change it after saying you would go to new world. You have zero idea what your on about. 99% would equal 1% of the player base left in game or less there is far more than that , unlike your "supreme game" called new world who litterally had less than 1% of its player base an is only slowly recoverd some people back after using a Archeage tactic of fresh start servers(ofc with out the p2w). Go learn about statistics instead of pulling %'s out of thin air.

I don't want to wait that much. Too long. If I want to pvp before the level 62 or 63, I should be able to do it. My choice, in an open world mmorpg.

It would've been nice to get a concession out of them that they were wrong about the lvl 50 thing, but whatever. They were malding enough about it that they felt the need to create a new anti-PvP thread instead of taking what was said here to heart. Disappointing.
